Supporting and Understanding Autistic Teenagers

Live Workshop

We have created a workshop to help parents and families that have a teenager that has been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.

The workshop will cover:

  • The signs of autism

  • Masking

  • The comorbidities of autism

  • Funding and how to access it

  • Supporting your teenager at school

  • Supporting your teenager with friendships and relationships

  • Pathological demand avoidance

You will also receive a take home pack with a variety of resources. There will also be opportunities to discuss your own experiences and ask questions to the presenters.

This workshop is suitable for parents and caregivers of teenagers and early adolescents that have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
